By embedding renewable energy solutions into OIIPCRA and OPELIP, IRDMS reduced reliance on fossil fuels while enhancing resilience. Solar irrigation improved water access, while dryers and cold storage minimized post-harvest losses. These clean energy solutions mechanized rural systems, reduced drudgery, and strengthened Odisha’s climate adaptation pathway.
